What’s your signature dish?
We have gourmet packages and crafted dishes. I love our stations but the Le Barbecue or Delta Taco station is the most fun to do in front of guests. It elevates the ambiance and brings joy to people. The smell of the food is in the air.
As far as our small bites I love the following:
hamachi poke from tier 1
green peppercorn marinated feta from tier 2
pan-seared focaccia with seasonal compote from tier 3
mini Maine-lobster rolls from tier 4
The buffet and full service dinners are the way to go for an ultimate experience. Make your guests feel like their food is prepared at a world class kitchen meanwhile attending a beautiful rustic backyard celebration. End your evening with our sweet tooth menu. It's so fun with the options my favorites are the smoked cheddar doughnuts, Yuzu bundt cakes and passion-fruit chocolate ganache tarts.
