I called Delta Flowers from Grand Rapids. My girlfriend works right down the street from them. She was having a rough couple of days and I needed to make her smile. I gave the lady at Delta a price range, and a simple description of what I'd like put together. I also asked if I could email them a copy of the note I'd like attached to the flower arrangement. They took accommodated me in every way. They put together a BEAUTIFUL arrangement, and delivered it promptly. She LOVED them. And it made her day! We hired Laura at Delta Flowers to provide flowers for our wedding as a last-minute client (we had a small wedding, and approached her about one month out). She was fantastic! We reached out to Delta Flowers for our wedding flowers last fall after receiving several outrageous quotes from other florists and having a couple of really bad experiences. Laura met with us personally and I was so happy with our meeting and felt so relieved after talking to her. I told her about my wants and needs, budget, and she worked with me to put together the most beautiful arrangements within my budget. She made everything so easy and after a couple of bad experiences, I was so relived to have found such a wonderful business that was truly willing to make sure I had the best experience possible. Her staff was outstanding as well - I didn't have to worry about coordinating drop off for the arrangements with our venue. They did EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend using Delta Flowers for any floral needs, big or small. Our wedding was roughly 200 guests in a large hotel ballroom, and I would 100% use Delta for another large event similar to a wedding reception or for something small, like a bridal or baby shower.
