Brian suggested we try the lamb roulade. And his house-smoked roasted tomatoes. So we did. Delicious. I put onion, peppers, celery, and salt in a skillet with a little olive oil, once they softened I diced three of Delmonico’s tomatoes and some basil. Transferred to a sauce pan, added a Tbsp of tomato paste and let it simmer while I baked the lamb. We also bought some stew meat from a cow named Kip. Thanks Brian and Kip! More...

The energy alone from the owner is enough to keep me coming. There is a complete positive sense of pride he has for his meat and I was happy that I stopped by to check them out.
