I have been getting my flower arrangements from Della's for many years now. The staff is always friendly & helpful no matter if I walk in for a last minute arrangement or place an order, they are always on top of it. Brian was our wedding flower guy four years ago when our daughter got married so I decided we needed to work with him again for our son's wedding a few weeks ago. I can't say enough about Brian & the absolute awesome job he does with weddings! He truly has a gift! He's very passionate about his job! Not only were the bouquets gorgeous that he put together, he worked his magic when the flowers that were suppose to be in the bride's bouquet didn't grow to the proper size & came to the rescue by coming up with a solution to the problem. What people didn't know is that he added fake flowers in its place & the bouquet was stunning! I was hesitate about doing this but he convinced me & I was so impressed by the outcome! My husband and I worked with Brian for our wedding flowers, & we had an incredible experience at Della's! I showed Brian some Pinterest pictures to give him an idea of what we wanted, & he made suggestions on how to make the bouquets & boutineers more affordable but still beautiful. We specifically wanted "galaxy orchids" (blue/purple), & those were STUNNING. The white roses & calla lilies had a slight green tint to them, but they're real flowers- so much better than fake. Brian had them all prepared in vases so that they last longer. I've gotten flowers from cheaper places, but they never last. Our wedding flowers lasted all day & night. I was extremely happy with the level of customer service Brian provided. He went above and beyond and made everything much easier. I wanted to order a memory blanket for a funeral I was attending that was two hours from my home. I called many florists near the funeral home and inquired about the blankets but was told I would have to come in to order since they are not pictured on the websites. Brian however, asked me if I would like him to take pictures of the blankets they had in stock and send them to my phone. I must say, the florists in that area should take lessons on customer service from this gentleman. Way to go Brian, you're the best! More...
