We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Also, please let us know if you would prefer to use your own cleaning products.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After moving to Chicago and not having any connections to cleaners locally it became a challenge to find trustworthy cleaners. I wanted a quick solution to knowing exactly what I get and what it will cost while knowing that the people in my home have been thoroughly vetted. Because of this I created Delight Maids which provides easy online booking for customers and a service performed by experienced maids that have been thoroughly vetted, background checked, and are insured. I'm extremely passionate about the work that I do and I am committed to providing a premier cleaning service to the Chicago metro area. I value efficiency, competency, accessibility, and great customer service. My experience and knowledge in customer service coupled with my passion for efficient business practices allows our clients to relax and feel confident about hiring us. You will not be disappointed!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Delight Maids continues essential cleanings during any Stay at Home Order. Working with government officials, local entities, and referring to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action, we have made some changes within our company such as:
*Delight Maids staff and cleaners are heavily committed to slowing the spread of COVID-19 and we are doing our part by keeping our employees and customers safe and healthy.
*We do not accept cash and check for payment methods; we only accept electronic methods of payments.
We will continue to update in the event we need to make any further changes.
STANDARD CLEANING
Our Standard Cleaning is perfect for recurring services on a home that has been professionally cleaned within the last month and is in average condition for a well-maintained home.
DEEP CLEANING
If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last month, selecting the Deep Clean option will give your cleaning professionals the time they need to achieve the high-quality results that they are known for. Once we have performed a Deep Clean, our Standard Clean will be the perfect choice for recurring services!
MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT CLEANING
Our top to bottom, most thorough clean!
If you are a homeowner, landlord, property manager, tenant, buyer, or seller in need of a professional cleaning service, our Move In/Move Out option will provide you with a thorough cleaning that will prepare the home for you or the new family! (Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our service. We will need electricity and water.)
EXTRA CLEANING
This option is available for adding-on extra services to your regular cleaning. Ex. Inside the Refrigerator, Inside the Oven, Blinds, Inside Cabinets, etc.
EXTRA - OVEN
We will clean inside the oven.
EXTRA - INTERIOR WINDOWS
We will clean the interior of your windows.
EXTRA - LOAD OF LAUNDRY
We will do one load of laundry (or more).
EXTRA - INSIDE CABINETS
We will clean inside cabinets.
EXTRA - INSIDE THE FRIDGE
We will clean inside the refrigerator.
