Delectables Catering and Venue

We used Delectables Catering and Venue to hold the baby shower for our first baby. It was amazing. They had tables, chairs, linen, China, silverware, and food all provided. This took a huge load off of us. We just brought a few decorations and had a great time. They provided extra tables for gifts and always had someone nearby to help us set up decorations, provide extra bowls for punch, and whatever else we needed. All for a great price. I recently had Donna with Delectables cater an office holiday party. It was completely last minute and I needed gluten free and vegan options. I could not have been happier with the results. She came in and set up all of the food including center pieces and linen and then came back once the party was over and cleaned it all up. What a fabulous service! Delectables is a wonderful caterer. I had to cater breakfast for a project management meeting with 20-30 people. I have been going to Delectables for over 20+ years. I go there once a month to buy dozens of their 'to die for' brownies. Those who get the brownies want nothing else! I chose Delectables to cater my daughter's high school graduation party. The food and the service could not have been better. The chicken piccata tenders were savory and tender. The mushrooms stuffed with Delectables crab cake batter were scrumptious with a nice hint of heat from some caramelized peppers on top. For dessert, we ordered the carrot cake. It was to die for. The bits of fresh carrot were delightful and the frosting was perfect. Just the right amount of sweet to compliment the cake. The Delectables team was on time and set up everything quickly. Their serving trays and utensils were pretty and appeared to be hand selected as opposed to the typical disposable kind. Pride in what they do is evident at Delectables Catering. I love love the desserts!!! All so good I'm not a pastry, chocolate person but, their desserts are so good. My favorite time to go is on Thursdays at 7:00PM they have a nice poker game there! !! The Asparagus Crepes were delicious. The crepes themselves are infused with dill, and although I'm not crazy about dill, I LOVED these. The rice was cooked to perfection, chewy and flavorful. The salad was amazing. Delicious feta cheese ... I could go on and on. My drink (Hot Tropic, I think it was called) was perfect, and the music by Don Armstrong was just right. Donna's new venue is as fabulous as her recipes and food that we have all loved for so many years. I am going to be hosting private parties there for my jewelry line - the outdoor gardens and gazebo are like something out of Travel Magazine - and the indoor venue can be set up in so many ways to accommodate whatever size group I have. We came here on a Wednesday so they had live jazz and 1/2 price bottles of wine, food was decent and the atmosphere was fantastic but best of all we had our dog with us and they a very dog friendly place, they even have a doggie menu. Definitely coming back.

Absolutely amazing. Their service was on point, the waiters and waitresses were constantly coming out to check on us, they had great personality. The good was great, they have a good solid collection for a drink menu, dog friendly with a menu for your dog.
