Last night I stopped with my family and got $50 worth of food (two steaks, a junior steak, and BBQ Bacon ranch fries). Sadly, I can honestly say this was the worst cheesesteak that I ever had. Not sure if you changed your meat, or if the cook has some type of new method, but the meat was flavorless, soft, and overall disgusting. It was like the meat from a hot roast beef sandwich and tasted like it was boiled. I really wanted to like the fries, but there was so much salt I could barely eat them. In a time where money is tight, and I get take out once every two weeks, my entire family was extremely disappointed and probably won't return. Please bring back the better quality meat or train the cooks to cook properly. More...

I was on the phone for ALMOST 2 HOURS after getting disconnected twice, trying to reach them. They messed up my entire order and refuse to refund me, blocked me and deleted my comments after a $70+ order. I can’t believe how terrible their customer service is and how terrible the steaks are. They need to fix their system or they will lose a lot more returning customers. Also a $10 delivery fee on top of everything is just disgraceful. 🤷🏻♀️ More...

I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350.
