Rati was able to completely transform my home bringing together modern architectural elements and weaving together unbelievably amazing uses of wood, metal and tile. Imagination, experience, endurance are 3 great qualities of a professional designer. We found the perfect balance of these characteristics with Rati at DekoRati Interiors. My husband and I are not very creative people but have these dream/vision of a great looking house. When we moved to a bigger house and tried to look for a designer who can fit in our thought process, Rati was our first choice based on her reviews/ratings. Right from our first call , she understood our needs and gave us right choice of colors, visually appealing themes and designs. We would get tired in selection process but she would be very patient to provide her customers best options in the budget/theme. Finally we have fantastic looking interiors for our dream house. We hired Rati to help us with the remodel of two of our bathrooms. She brought a very interesting perspective and gave us unique ideas for remodeling the bathrooms. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the bathroom remodels and find a good balance of utility , convenience and look in the completed job

Pros :
1. She is very responsive and is reachable even at odd hours and there to answer all questions at all times
2. She is patient and very calm. She has a good ear to listen to clients ideas and all their suggestions.
3. Rati approaches the projects with a lot of passion and commitment. She engages with her customers and makes herself part of the project. She works with the contractor to ensure everything is in right order and is being executed properly.
4. Rati also helped us extensively in material selection and ordering in which we would have been truly lost if we did ourselves.

Cons :
There is just one thing which I felt Rati could have done to really have a perfect execution. She probably needs to have an organization folder for the work as some of the things were out of place during execution and we had to face delays in material delivery, incorrect sizing estimates, incompatible products. She did everything she can afterwords to fix all of that and was nothing but some inconvenience , however, as she takes up bigger and bigger projects, it will be good to be on top of measurements and right material ordering as that plays an important part in customer satisfaction. Sometimes, chance encounters turn into the best decisions one has ever taken in their lives. And I count meeting Rati as one of them! We had just bought a new home, and were looking to hire an interior designer. We were first-time home buyers, with a very limited idea of what interior design involves. Rati has a very clear thought process, and she is very good at understanding what you want - sometimes, you yourself might not know what you really want, but she can gauge it! We were very clear that we wanted a modern theme for our home, with a lot of greys and whites. She explained all of the routes we could take, and was very patient whenever we showered her with our unending list of questions. We also had significant remodeling done in our home, and she took care of everything. It was not a smooth process - as remodeling projects seldom are - but she was always there to support us along the way. Rati is very competent at what she does. She always has her eye on the big picture, and is adept at visualizing how different components of your home will finally look together. There were a lot of suggestions which she made that we were initially sceptical about, but eventually, we were more than happy with the end result. She has a great eye for detail, and always finds unique accessories for your space - something we really came to appreciate. Rati was involved in every step of the interior designing process - right from conceptualization, to picking a color scheme, designing the bathrooms and the kitchen, selecting furniture, right down to picking the right accessories for our home. And she delivered on every front. We have received so many compliments from everyone who has visited our place!A final word about pricing - her rates are competitive, and very reasonable. Also, she keeps your budget in mind while designing the overall space for your home. If you're thinking about interior decoration, you will not find anyone more talented, hard working, and honest! We are extremely happy with enthusiasm, dedication and quality of work delivered by Rati. She is very personable and highly professional. It takes not just technical skills but also that extra warmth to make a house into a lovely home. Rati elegantly brought vibrant colors and accessories together and gave our home new meaning. It is a blessing to wake up every morning, to the beautiful walls where every color has a meaning to it. I believe Rati tremendously helped us define our home to what we really desired. Rati was very patient with the contracting staff as well. As with every project there are hiccups, we had a few too; however with her knowledge and striving for perfection approach; end results came out with flying colors.
