A Google search led us to Defense Tax Group. I owed some money to the IRS, and it was considerable amount that I needed help with. They had guaranteed that they were gonna take care of it and if they weren't gonna take care of it, I would've gotten a refund. That was what was advertised on their site. I finished the program. They were very nice and they were on the spot. At the end I told them they really did a great a job. And the guy's reaction was like, "Yup," it wasn't like he was overly surprised. My experience with Defense Tax Group was great. I had a tax issue with the IRS that needed to be resolved and they had some good reviews online, and so that's who I went with. The enrollment process was a simple phone call, and I talked to a gentleman named Mark, and had a good conversation with him, and then got led to my actual case attorney where I worked directly with to resolve the problem. 2nd part There were times though where I had to try and phone the same person five times a day and kinda kept record of it. It was like over and over. And some emails weren't responded to. Some phone called weren't returned as well. If I were to name one thing that I wish could have been a little bit differently, obviously, the responsiveness to calls or emails. But I'm not one to be picky.
