Went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Not too busy and not slow.For a non chain barbecue place I was a little disappointed with the brisket. It was just ok.At our table we had:Brisket w/cream corn and the sweet potato casserole Brisket w/green beans and potato saladRibs w/green beans and mac and cheeseSplit banana pudding for dessert Wasn't impressed with the cream corn or the banana pudding. This is a tough one .....but I gave them 3 stars only because of the way I was treated. My son-in-law and daughter live close to Dee Willies, and they are both sick and needed some food. I got there about 20 minutes before they opened. The door was unlocked so I stepped in to see if I could go ahead and order and then I said I would wait outside until it was ready. The lady on the register was very rude and kept telling me she would take my order but they normally didn't do things this way and how much I was inconveniencing her......she kept on until I stepped outside. 5 minutes later she flipped the sign to open and I went back in to get my order and she started in on me again......I got their food and left Turkey was delicious but their hostess/cashier is not customer friendly More...

Only reason they get 3 stars is for the brisket, everything else is terrible. Service was really slow for BBQ joint. Beans taste like out of can. Potato salad taste only like mayo. I called on 08/26 for a copy of my receipt from my favor order (which should've been provided with my order). My calls were repeatedly routed to voice mail and it took about 11 calls before someone answered. Spoke to an unnamed female who put me on hold for the manager. The call was 'disconnected' and all calls thereafter resulted in a busy signal. It was really close to closing time; I guess they did not want to deal with the issue. While I understand they might have been busy, there is no excuse for hanging up on a customer. All they had to do is take my information and call me back when things slowed down.Today (09/02) Favor refunded over $20 for overcharges on my order. Our order was incorrect, over-charged, and no itemized receipt to show what I paid for. Food was okay but not worth the repeat business. The place is pretty good, but they treat their customers like sh*t. When it gets close to closing time (we started trying to place a to go order at 15 min til) or when they just don't want to take any more to go orders, they just take the phone off the hook. This, of course, leaves the potential customer to just keep calling back because you don't know if they're just busy or if they don't want to sell you food. Dee Willies: Look, I get it. Last minute orders when you're trying to close can be a pain, but you set your own hours. Either do your customers the courtesy of abiding by the hours you set, or change the hours. I still go there occasionally, but not nearly as much as I would they hadn't screwed me over a few times with this same issue. More...

Im not the type of person to write reviews . But this time I had to . I was super excited to try this location because people recommend this place to me . I finally decide to go give it a try. I put my order in, waited about 45 minutes- 1 hour. We asked how much longer for our order to be out which they told us it was being worked on. A couple of minutes later a guy approached us and asked us who took our order because they couldn’t find it, if he can take our order again!!!! Ummm, no thank you not waiting an hour again for my food. It is ridiculous, we waited 45 min to an hour and then they come to us and say they lost our order. We ended up just walking out. My wife and son and I went here for lunch right at 11:00 and they were pretty busy which is a good sign I ordered the three meat plate with ribs brisket and sausage everything was on point the baby back ribs have the brisket with some nice and tender with a good smoke ring sausage I can't say enough they were killer this will be our regular neighborhood barbecue spot on the weekends

The first thing your hit with is welcome from the cashier to the cooks behind the line and servers.the place is like a old western pub. and there are swinging doors that lead to the bar area.we were attended to very quick.and the food arrived less than a few minutes.Great !!
