Yes! As a certified data specialist, I am very aware of the dangers of using technology. The Deere Law takes responsible steps to use technology securely to protect client's confidential information, while making it efficient and easy to use during the relationship with our firm.

For our Estate Planning clients, Legacy Planning Consultation, and other meetings except for the Final Signing Ceremony, will be virtual which allows you to complete your estate planning from the comfort of your own home. Our office uses virtual video conferences on multiple platforms to work with our clients to prepare customized and thoughtful estate plans. Our offices uses secure technology to sign up clients by allowing signing retainers or legal service agreements online.

Our office also uses LawPay, a Florida Bar approved vendor, to securely accept payments, including payment plans for your estate plan. We also provide virtual services for our Probate and Trust Administration clients.

Once our clients sign up with us, we use an encrypted online client portal that allows us to exchange information, documents, and forms. We use this secure Portal to share confidential information during this case.

We make it easy to stay safe, and conduct all of our legal services virtually and from the comfort of your own space or home - without a mask!

In addition to providing virtual services, our office strictly practices social distancing and safety protocols are in place for all meetings, including Signing Ceremonies. Our Signing Ceremony Protocols provide for the client to have up to 60 days, depending on the service, to make changes at no cost to my clients. My firm represents people from all ages and with all situations, so we make sure everyone is as safe as possible.

Any client meeting in person is based on CDC recommendations for safe social distancing, all persons in the room are required to wear masks properly (one will be provided if they don't have one). Everyone in my office are required to wear masks during all meetings with clients or prospects.
