I took my cat here for her first checkup and because she wasn’t feeling too good, everyone at the clinic was very kind and knowledgeable. Recently brought my 4 month old kitten in for a wellness check & first shots. Their customer service was AMAZING, the staff was super sweet to both my daughter & I, they were very sweet to my baby, & they aren't super pushy about things. They were able to tell me that my baby was actually a girl. The vet also used Cheese Wiz during the shots (had my kitten eating the cheese wiz while she did the shot) & my baby didnt even notice the shot at all!! All around amazing!! More...

I have been using Deepwood since they were in Clifton. Both our large and small animals have had excellent professional compassionate care. Dr Pool will always listen and work with you to achieve the best care and outcome for your animal. She is honest and willing to go over all alternatives that are available. Our kitten Cobalt got his neuter surgery here. They were very prompt in letting us know when he was out of surgery and could be picked up. When we arrived to pick him up: the veterinarian tech was very helpful in offering us kitten tips and explaining the home care after surgery. i also saw that they accept rabbits which is very hard to find! My huskies love coming to the vets now, whether to get groomed or for a full check up! And now I have a yellow lab, that loved meeting everyone, really -she had to greet every technician and Doctor before she would get her shots, and they were all so encouraging. Love them.

Deepwood is not our regular vet, but they could fit us in for surgery with Dr. Lazar (visiting surgeon) before our vet could. From the moment I called, I knew we were in good hands. The staff at Deepwood was genuine and caring, asking lots of questions but also answering all mine. Our puppy stayed overnight before surgery to be able to monitor her, and then stayed over again after since her surgery was late in the day. When I picked her up, the staff was so kind and had loved our girl as if she was their own. If we lived closer, Deepwood would be our go-to vet, but I’m thankful know they’re as amazing as they are should we need them again! More...

I adopted an older cat a few years ago and started coming to Deepwood so he could have consistent care. Up until that point I had been bringing my younger cat to Banfield. All of the Deepwood vets have been kind, compassionate and caring. When i had to make the very difficult decision to put my older cat to sleep they gave me as much time as I needed with him and allowed me to hold him. I don't use Deepwood as my primary doctor but when I have used them they have been phenomenal. I had a neighborhood feral kitty that I had socialized and they assisted me with her rescue this month. Great people and great service.
