I really don't understand how anyone can give them any less than 5 solid stars. The quality and uniqueness of the flowers they have speaks for itself. Not to mention the amazing customer service. This flower shop doesn't do your every day arrangements or things that look like grocery store bouquets so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't that type of place. I don't even know where to begin with this review!! I used deep roots for my wedding and the flowers were absolutely magical. I did a boho theme with simple flower crowns and bud vases with some amazing wildflower bouquets. The designers knocked it out of the park. They set up everything fresh and on time. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend. the flowers turned out AMAZING! the best part was they included a photo of the bouquet so even after the flowers die you still have a picture to remember the occasion. very original and creative! Amazing! This is unlike any floral store you have seen, the variety and selection is superb. No run of the mill mega-mart arrangements, if you are looking for a bouquet that will be an original and unique, this is the place to go. Lots of exotic flowers and plants all artfully assembled with such creative love by wonderful people. Some companies just deserve all the recognition. And Deep Roots is THAT company. After reviewing a bunch of florists that deliver to the area that my colleague lives in, I found Deep Roots here thanks to you Yelpers. I called them and received excellent customer service from beginning to end. Their recommendations were spot on and they promised a hand-written note which sounded very interesting. My colleague emailed me a lovely thank you note along with a picture of the flowers. OMG. They really did a spectacular job! And that hand-written note is just jaw-dropping. WOW. I visited Deep Root TX Floral Studio before Christmas. Our group hosted their Christmas Social at the Floral Bar. Â WOW! Â What a fun activity and we all got to take home beautiful and unique flower arrangements to help decorate our homes for the holidays. Â This would be a great activity for a bridal shower or any kind of special get together. Â We were allowed to bring in our own refreshments. It was SO much fun! First, let me just say, "Wow!" My experience at Deep Roots was nothing short of amazing. The two women who work there are so welcoming and fun and have so much knowledge, love, and passion for floral design.
I only stopped in to check out this beautiful new store that opened up next to Mystic Dessert Bar but ended up leaving with two gorgeous bouquets.
I will definitely be coming back in for more flowers as the seasons change and maybe I can convince my fiancee to send me a Flower/Bouquet of the Month! Trust me when I say that you will not regret walking into Deep Roots.
