As long as my family and I are living in the general area, Deep Clean City will be the go to business for carpet cleaning! I placed the service call on a Monday and the Techs came out the next day in the time window mentioned. Larry arrived with his crew and broke down the cleaning process. Gerald was the most amazing service person i have ever experienced. He arrived in a very timely manner and was very thorough when explaining me the process so that i was fully aware of what i was purchasing. I have 2 cats and had a cat urine problem and gerald was able to have my carpets looking brand new and smelling amazing!!!!! I am not working with a lot of money and was worried that my landlord would hold my security deposit but gerald was able to work with me on price and made me fee truly imortant as a customer. Deep Clean City has clean our carpet twice and both times they have done an amazing job. There was make up, gum spots, and very dark spots in the carpet and they removed it. When they were leaving I recommended their services to 2 other family's and they asked for the number to make an appointment. Deep Clean City amazed my wife family and friends as well as myself after i have had 4 different companies clean my carpet i just happened to receive a groupon from my mom because my wife and i are having a baby. My dogs are some big guys who before being trained so i thought because there apparently were fresh stains any way they have done damage but not one of the four cleanings done in the past could get rid of the stains or the smell which would always come back when it dries.but James and crew removed every last stain our carpets surprise everyone who was at our bay shower because they knew what it was like before James and his team .The techs were very professional and truly knew their stuff they showed me how to manage pet stains going forward and i truly know who to call i recommend these guys highly and give them the highest marks for a job masterfully done More...

I contacted them over the weekend and next morning received a nice call from James wanting to know how they could help me. Even though I was moving 4 days later they arranged for my sofa to be cleaned. No job too small and they are all about serving the customer. Rates were reasonable and the service excellent!
