Ordered my food. Soda machine wasn’t working. Dr. Pepper was out and the sprite was syrupy and flat. So...I bought a bottle of water and they would refund the soda. They wouldn’t refund because they said the other flavors were working. Worst customer service. More...

I have been there on six different occasions with my friends and husband, each time they have been sold out of their old vegan option or it has to marinate for 3 hours. Very disappointing!

Ridiculous wait time. Multiple people asked for refund. Tacos were ok, nothing I'd go back for. Sides and apps - ehh, waited over an hour for chips and queso.

I ordered food for a large medical practice and I was so impressed with how efficient they were. They even wrote names on the boxes so we didn't have to dig! Heard a lot about this place so my wife and I decided to try it. Although the waitress informed us that their computer was down, she still wrote down our order which I believe was given to cook. She gave us our drink order, a beer and water, and also a number to put on our table. We asked for a simple request...please add beans to our taco or on the side and we will pay for them. The floor manager Julia fully refused us and then I called the owner and explained we had been a loyal customer since their opening. They have always allowed us to pay extra for some beans. The owner said he was a artist and refused a simple customer service request to sell us some beans with our over $50 order. Delicious! If you are from out of town the locals will stare at you like a piece of meat but it was worth it for the great food. ASK FOR DOUBLE TORTILLAS IF ORDERING A TACO! Ate the shrimp taco and got food poisoning all night. . I should have known better to eat something that smelled sooooo fishy ! Not 5 minutes after I ate it I was in the bathroom getting sick . Great food! This is the best Mexican I've tried so far in Pueblo. Everyone in our family of seven loved the food. The queso was good but not amazing. The salsa verde was so good. I had the woody harrelson burrito which was vegan and delicious. The burritos were large and the perfect portion. We stayed in Pueblo (family of four) and chose Dee Tacko for take-out dinner based on positive reviews. AMAZING! Some of the best tacos we have had, ever. The COVID-19 tacos (beef & pick) were incredible; the breakfast burritos had amazing amounts of bacon, and the "steak melt" sandwich that I had was unbelievable. personally if there was a negative stars i would give negative 5 starts, the owner can be very rude and does not treat employees how they should be treated, i have went in a couple times to see him cussing at employees. terrible experience

Im not usually a "do a review" type of guy, BUT this place has some AMAZING food! Perfectly made tacos (salsa already a sauced on there and all) and that salsa is DELICIOUS! Fresh made avacado tomatillo salsa! And their Aguas Frescas are literally the best I've ever had! Even those are made fresh to order! I tried the pineapple and went in with meh expectations and was blown away! And there's very few restaurants I'll gush over, but this one lives up to the hype!
