How would you describe your ‘style’?
Very laid back, observant, precise, adaptable, and intentional.
What do you love most about your job?
Giving people something they can feel. I love being able to control the atmosphere through music because music is the only thing that can penetrate the mind involuntarily.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I had a certain way that I wanted my DJ company to be run and the only way I would be able to obtain that goal is to run it myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
DJ Lady D! plays music of all genres and playlists are more than welcome. All event types are welcome. Some of the genres provided are top40s, hip hop, old school & R&B, club music, LGBT, indie artist showcases, kid friendly music, and music played in the classroom. If you do not see the genre you would like at your event do not hesitate to mention it. Music dates from the 60s all the way up to today so no matter your bracket, you are covered
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
DJ services cannot be provided remotely but I have made the booking process contactless by using online contract forms and electronic payment methods when possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have contact free payments and contract signing. All DJ's and assistants will wear a face mask and follow Covid-19 guidelines when attending any event. Upon booking, there will be a requested music playlist form to prevent requests but in the event that there are requests, all music requests during the event will be taken by text only during the event to keep everyone away from the DJ booth.

She doesn’t talk over or scratch during songs, allowing the music to be the focal point of the entertainment. She also offers custom set list creations and up lighting for all packages. DJ Lady D! has been in business since 2007 and has catered to weddings, school dances, church events, clubs, pubs, fashion shows, dance classes, and many other crowds. She prides herself in being hard working, on time, reliable, and affordable. DJ Lady D! accepts bookings for ALL events and does not discriminate based on genre, gender, color, sexual orientation, age, or location. DJ Lady D! has been commended for NOT talking all over the music, smooth song transitioning, and professionalism.
