I had an amazing experience! Yesterday (Saturday the 11th) I put in a very odd request:A few years ago my brother and I asked a Safeway to make a cake and design it with the character Toothless from How to Drain Your Dragon. When they agreed they said, “no worries! I can definitely design and draw that!” (Mind you, there was no character page at the bakery and they shouldn’t have made a promise like that but were being nice and doing this special request for me)We come home and it was the WORST cake drawing I’d ever seen! We were very disappointed.Now it’s a running joke and when I called yesterday to make the request the ladies had a good laugh which is always great! My instructions were specific and easy. “Please do the worst drawing of Toothless the Dragon ever.” Now we know that they’re amazing decorators and this must have been super hard to do a job like this. But they nailed it! We are very pleased with this best “worst” drawing of Toothless.I am so absolutely pleased and thrilled with the outcome! They did such an amazing job!! The cake tasted amazing and looked beautifully awful! My mom had a good laugh and now we have that extra memory we get to talk about. Thank you for helping us with our vision! We are very happy!!!!! We will most definitely make this a regular stop. We had a great time. The barista, Shelby, a great asset to the shop, makes a great cup of coffee, helped us chose a sinfully delicious afternoon treat and I brought home an array of wonderful baked goods.

I love the cheesecake! We also had a donut that was very good. The lemon butter cream cake was on the dry side and the "cream" was hard. The flavor was nice, but the textures need work. We got a cake for my wife's recent birthday and it was really good! The ordering process was fast and efficient with everything handled over the phone in five minutes. The cake was ready when promised and the staff was helpful in explaining the other things they have at this somewhat unique store. They have coffee and a variety of gluten free and vegan bakery. We didn't get to try too many things, but everything looked really good! The cake we got was a little too sweet for my wife's taste, but I thought it was good, so your mileage may vary. There's a reason they're up for best GF bakery in America. SO.GOOD!! Inhaled my food so don't have pix, but it was truly heavenly. They have these filled buns called Breadwhich that we're perfection. Dedicated is my absolute favorite gluten free bakery in Tucson. I’ve been eating there regularly for over two years now, so I’ve been able to see all of the little changes over that time. Their baked goods are always fresh and extremely delicious. There is rarely a visit where I’m not tempted by them. They also have wonderful drinks, and I really love their sandwiches. I personally recommend the “In The Club.” I’m unable to have gluten at all, so this place is really a godsend, but even my gluten-consuming friends enjoy eating here. I can’t recommend it enough. Here's the skinny guys and galls. Home made Borsch "red beats soup" is amazing, stuffed cabbage is to drool over, the humungous sandwiches they make puts subway to shame, Yes, the Gyro and baklava may not be home made but they're delicious and actually are the Best in Tucson and if you're complaining about that, go find home made gyro in Tucson and let me know about it. The store is filled with an abundance of canned European foods that you can't really find anywhere else. They have a pretty good selection of cool gifts, lots of Russian nesting dolls.. The candy and home style European ice cream are definitely a must. Very good selection of beer, wine and liquor that you can drink with your meal or take home. The owners are very nice and helpful hard working people. The prices are definitely fair, especially for home made meals.
