OK, if you've come this far, go a little further and contact Nick. It will be the best decision you've ever made! I have been going to the gym since my early 20's and been trying to lose weight since I was 10! But, never have I been challenged like I am since working out with Nick. In my life I never thought I would ever train for 7 consecutive months, let alone committing long term. Nick got me committed and has completely changed my mind and transformed my body! ! Nick has offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out at. I'm still a long ways away from my goals, but now I feel much stronger all-around. No matter if your goal is to be fit or to train like a hardcore athlete, Nick has what you're looking for; he is extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and an awesome person to be around. Where do I even begin with this review when there is so much to say . I'll start off by saying Nicholas Smith is such an amazing person and trainer. I've been training with him for a little over a year and I have definitely noticed major changes physically & mentally. With his program I have learned patience and dedication and thanks to that I have gotten in the best shape possible . I never thought I could accomplish everything that I have so far but with Nick's guidance and commitment I have, and I am more than grateful for all the knowledge that he provides. Before starting his program, I was training but had no guidance on form,nutrition or progress. Once I started working with him he helped in all of those areas and that's when the result starting rolling in . I am honestly so thankful to have a trainer that is invested and committed to all of his clients. His passion for fitness definitely shines through in every session . Nick is always very fun, energetic and super friendly. He welcomes you to all his sessions and encourages you to work out the best you can every time. And it works! He never judges you but always encourages you and supports you. His routine has variety and you don't get bored. You feel your muscle pain after the work out - in a good way. I am taking a break from the sessions now because my personal life is little hectic but looking forward to coming back to the training and I am hoping I can keep doing some of the routine he taught me on my own. With 2017 coming to an end & reflecting back on my year, I'm finally writing this long overdue review. I've been training with Nick for over a year & half now and I continue to enjoy every session. Right off the bat, Nick is one of the most welcoming people I've met and he creates a fun environment for working out. I quickly learned to love small group training because those who train with Nick are all friendly, supportive, and motivating. Nick switches up the routines every day and always incorporates something new to continue to challenge us. In addition, he gets to know his clients' strengths and weaknesses and will modify routines accordingly. He goes above and beyond for his clients to make sure they succeed in reaching their goals. Since training with Nick, I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been. I'm able to do routines I thought I'd never be able to do and honestly, most of the time he believes in me more than I believe in myself, and he always pushes us to keep going. "The scariest part is calling." Nick was so right. I haven't regretted a day yet since I've been in his class (oh...incept when complaining about burning hot from a workout and my abs are screaming for help Lol). Nick has the best personality that fits so well for what I needed to get through this hump in my life when it comes to fitness. He's such a firm trainer but his personality is still extremely fun. Not only is the class in a small group setting but the members are all so great which makes this environment as a whole such a good experience especially for a first timer. Although I am still new I decided to stay on for the year because I am confident that through Nick I will be able to achieve my ultimate body. He's serious about fitness and he's serious about you and helping you get there. I am extremely thankful for finding this place... Why? Because a lot of trainers can be overly intimidating. Because you could be in a class with a million other people and not even be noticed. Because you could cry on your first day because a trainer is excessively aggressive and just doesn't understand. This training is none of that but only everything you need! He will attend to each person there! He will push you to lift weights you didnt even know you could handle! Okay, so this review has been long overdue. Last year I was in much need of help. I was struggling with my weight and getting my eating habits under control. Luckily I found this place through Yelp and saw all the good reviews about Nick and his work. What you see is honest reviews... he really cares about his clients and communicates with you on a daily basis. I have had trainers in the past but I will say by far he has been the best in my opinion. His training sessions are also AFFORDABLE! Most Trainers and well-known gyms (24 Hour Fitness, City Sport, etc) charge you way higher than what he's charging.  In addition, the workouts they give are difficult for people who are just starting out to do! Whereas Nick switches up the workouts on certain days so he makes it more fun and interesting yet intense at the same time.  Most importantly he sets up an eating log for you and tells you what foods are good to eat. Also a breakdown of how many calories you should be consuming daily.  In one month I had lost 24 pounds but that is because I was dedicated. I needed a total makeover, internal and external and I accomplished both working out with Nick.  I found out only a few weeks later that I, who have never worked out before, was able to do moves and lift heavy, feats I never thought I could ever do.  With that my insecure attitude turned into a "yes, I can" and the hard work reflected on the outside as well.  Nick works you out, challenges you, and keeps you motivated to keep going even if your body is screaming "enough!" I have waited to post my review and with New Year's around the corner, I feel like it's time. I was initially amazed with his reviews and the people in the "before" pictures looked like REAL people showing the results I was looking for in the "after" shots. But I wasn't ready a year ago, I was intimidated. I didn't feel like I would succeed.Now, here I am a year later and 2 months into my training with Nick. I've learned there is no quick fix, but more importantly I've accepted that there is no quick fix. So now, I'm learning and accepting that this is a lifestyle change I'm making with Nick's guidance. Nick is the best trainer! He genuinely cares about your results not just money like most trainers. He helped me loose a lot of weight and was there every step of the way. He will create a meal plan for you and make sure you stick to it by asking for pictures, his workouts are great and full body! A long overdue post but when I joined Nick I couldn't do a single pull up and he transformed me and helped me get stronger and that no pull up chick was able to do a bunch of pull-ups without struggling. That was just one of the physical things I was able to do, there were many more on the list. Overall I lost inches, gained muscle, strength, and confidence. He pushed me and everyone else in class to do work and it definitely paid off. I've since then gained weight and after my pregnancy I plan to get back in shape and I'd trust him to help me  get there! More...

I have had a gym membership for years! Can't say that I've taken advantage of it. My downfall has been...I LOVE food (more like desserts). After my 3rd child, I found the motivation to get my body back. Working with Nick was exactly what I needed. I like working out in small group settings, the variations in routines and equipment, the food tracking (not my favorite part but a definite must for success), the schedule and the individualized feedback on progress and goal setting. If you are ready to change your life for the better, Nick is an absolute rock star in helping you get there. He has classes for cardio and weight lifting. You will sweat in either one! He's great at knowing your strengths/weakness and adjusting workouts to cater to any injuries you may have. What impressed me the most when I came on board 6 months ago was the variety of ages, sizes and nationalities of the people in the group and they ALL kick ass. This review is long overdue.I have been going to gyms for years but have not seen the results that I wanted.Not willing to deal with some newly developing health issues I knew that I needed help & I needed it fast. While doing a web search for local boot camps & trainers I came across Dedicated2Fitness and its founder Nicholas.I reached out to him & he answered. That's how it all began....Even though I have only been training with Nick for 2 months I have achieved more than I have on my own for years.Workouts change all the time and are quite challenging which helps you stay motivated.I have never worked so hard or sweat so much in my life. I am utilizing muscles that I never even knew were there. Ohh you will definitely know they are there the day after !The payoff is that I have more energy; I am becoming stronger with each day; My health issues are melting away along with body fat & inches;  I am just a happier person all around. I started training with Nick only 4 months ago and I'm already blown away by the results so far. I saw Nick for six weeks during my summer and I was impressed by how serious he takes his job.  Beyond that, he's just a really nice guy.  The classes are ongoing throughout the week and some are at 11:00AM, then 6, 7, and 8pm I think.  You are expected to work hard during the entire hour.  This is not for the faint of heart but I can say with conviction that his work ethics and advice about diet will create muscle and tone your body down as long as you follow the program.  I'm the strongest I've ever been!  I can't continue with him for awhile since work started and I'm busy but I'm motivated to continue getting in shape and working out.  Nick is an inspiration! Where do I start in 2013 I went in the dressing room and realized I had reached a size that was too much for me never have I been thin but size 14 was too much for me I reached out to Nick in November 2013 by January I had lost 27lbs and dropped 5 sizes he is amazing such a motivating person and what I love the most is that he enjoys what he does by the end April I had lost over 50lbs and I could've gone more but is hard to maintain a diet today is July 2015 and I ha vee been able to maintain my weight off everytime I eat bad I just hear Nick in the background screaming 20 more burpee and lord don't we all hate them until today I still follow him on instagram and Facebook for inspirational stories if you are considering him please don't hesitate and call him immediately you will not regret it. Nick is an amazing trainer! Not only does he take pride in what he does (meaning he is sure to give you ALL the tools you need to be successful) but he is also dependable. He will help you lose weight, tone or build muscle whatever your goal may be. He is always changing his workout routines, so trust me, you'll never get bored. Plus all his other clients are super fun to workout with. It all comes down to you and how bad you want to see results. Working out and dieting is not the hardest thing to do, but being consistent and making it a lifestyle change is. Often times we all allow life to get in the way of our own needs, it's not easy to carve an hour of our lives to do go to the gym. So, if you are going to do it, then you should do it right. The most heart wrenching feeling is when you go to the gym, leave with a sweat and don't see a difference. Nick helps us get the most out of each workout, and monitors our eating habits to ensure that all the hard work does not get wasted.  When I work out with Nick I can feel the workout immediately, and leave more energized than when I came in. I'm never bored, because he puts so much time in changing the music, and workouts twice a week. This means that we will work the same muscle groups for a few classes and then move to a new group later in the week, to ensure that our body never adjusts. Because of his techniques you are guaranteed to lose weight, tone muscles and lose inches in your first month. I did, and I've continued to keep it going! Working out with Nick means that you get someone who cares about each of his clients, someone who helps you understand how to eat properly and the types of foods to eat that sustains energy and burns fat. But even more than that, you have a support system from the people in the class. Each and every person in the class is supportive of you and your success. Where do I begin? Nick absolutely loves what he does. He truly is compassionate about his clients and what they want to achieve. I have been with Nick for two years now and I have to say that I have never been able to achieve the results I wanted, doing it any other way. When you stick to his plan for you, it's impossible to not see amazing results. He switches up his routine twice a week and makes sure that we target all of our muscle groups. So I joined this  place over a year ago. I recommend it to anyone serious about Losing weight or if you just want to be in the best shape if your Life. I was at 24 hour fitness when I met my trainer Nick. he was doing the stair master next to me and something about him just stood out to me. he was so focused on his workout and was in really good shape I approached him and asked him if he was a personal trainer. So my wife has been going to Nick for a few months now and I have never seen her so motivated to exercise. She is always talking about how much she love the class and the environment Nick provides. She loves that it is a quick pace and always changing so that she doesn't get bored an also that it is a whole body workout. I have tried to help her exercise for a long time and I never had much success motivating her to go to the gym. Nicholas Smith aka Nick the Trainer is a genius! First of all look at him! He's a perfect specimen working hard Everyday just like the rest of us should be.
