Debbie Thomas is an incredibly talented artist. She did a series of photos of our daughter's dog. She gave us an extensive portfolio of still photos of the pup, who was a challenging subject . From those we were able to choose the one, of among many, for the final product. She accurately reflected his personality and zest for life. Published in many books, she is accomplished in capturing the beauty of animals in motion, illustrating their innate beauty. Debby Thomas’ paintings and photography are truly remarkable. Her ability to capture the spirit of her animal subjects is uncanny. She is both a horse whisperer and a dog whisperer in my experience. The photograph I have of my grand dog frolicking through the grass, encapsulates his personality perfectly. Her work done on safaris is stunning. I have multiple wildlife photographs she took, framed on my walls. Her remarkable attention to detail makes her paintings incredibly lifelike. Debby's portrait of my four dogs is outstanding! It was all done seamlessly from the photo shoot to framing the painting. She captured each dogs personality through their individual expressions . Shortly after I received my portrait, the matriarch, Libby, died and I can't begin to explain what it meant to me to have this wonderful portrait!
