I am a licensed CPA with the state of Illinois. I have 8+ years of accounting experience which includes 2 years working for KPMG as a consultant and 2 years working for a beauty start up as their CFO. During my time as a CFO for a startup, I was responsible for building the entire financial infrastructure from scratch which includes the financials, chart of accounts and sales and use tax set up in 26 different states including the remittance of tax payments to each individual state on a monthly basis. I was also responsible for establishing payroll systems, registering with multiple different states to have employees all over the U.S, filing and remitting payroll taxes and unemployment to multiple states, leading the company through an audit which required converting the financials from a cash basis to an accrual basis for a company which manufactured its own goods and produced over $5M worth in inventory and I also managed the onboarding, integration and implementation of NetSuite as the company's ERP system.

Given my robust experience, I am confident that I can assist almost all accounting, tax and/or payroll related issues for all companies producing $250K in revenue or more.
