What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide the support so many people need but don't receive. I believe that when someone feels supported they are more encouraged to explore their emotions and make progress towards goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed helping others. After working in the mental health field for several years I decided to create my own safe space and healing environment to offer an outlet to those ready to start their journey.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer an open client centered and solution focused approach which invites clients to express themselves without judgement or fear. I believe that everyone is different and I tailor my style to the needs of the individual.
