The empanadas are freshly made and delicious! I actually quite enjoyed the steak tacos also. Service was a bit slow at the mom and pop shop and the salsa was too salty for my liking, but I highly recommend the baked guava pastries here too. I'll update once I've had more of their entrees. This place is amazing. They treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door! I had the Bistec sandwich with a side of congris. The portions are perfect and filling. Wow! I was looking for food that felt homemade and tasteful, I'm glad I found this spot. I loved their Fricase de pollo that I was lucky to taste, they only have it on special days. Small little establishment but those are the best . The cubanito are the best . They make them into two small little ones . They put some sauce in it and no way is it dry .
