In the sometimes wild world of Airbnb rentals, this company is a stand-out for its professionalism and hospitality. They've set the bar very high for customer service and comfortable furnishings - from before we booked through after check out, they were always extremely responsive, warm, and caring. The pandemic rocked a lot of businesses and consumers, so I understand some customers' panic in other reviews, but as for our own experience in August 2020, Home Sweet City went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
