Let me start by saying I don't give perfect ratings to anyone. I'm like that teacher you had in college that just doesn't believe in the A. So, for me, 4 stars are really great. I am also a small company. Actually, no, I am a tiny company. You don't have to be a big company to get great service from DBurns. The only bearing that the small company had on our project was our budget. DBurns was and is cognizant of that fact. My business partner hired DBurns before I came on board with the company early this year. I was a little leery after reading some of these Yelp reviews but we met with Philipe and Hayden in late February, talked through our options, had fully functional wireframes by March and a fairly complex site in April! The process was smooth and the team responded well when we wanted to change some functionality even after we approved our wireframes. Were there bugs? Absolutely. I have worked for web development agencies and I have never launched a site without bugs. But Philipe and Thaissa were very responsive and resolved the issues right away. Since our launch we have continued to work with DBurns to evolve the site and add functionalities. In fact, we launched phase 2 just last week. Philipe and Thaissa continue to deliver the excellent customer service that was promised on day 1 back in February. More...

We found DBurns after getting about 8 quotes from small shops to large agencies to help with our site. Of all the quotes, I felt that DBurns offered the best value - custom, creative work that was in our budget. This last year I have been immensely grateful to them (especially Philippe!) for their advice - they've made a lot of no-nonsense suggestions and really helped to guide my project. Philippe has always been very responsive to every phone call or email, even on the weekends.
