What I love most about what I do is simply the enjoyment of listening to others and helping bring out what was in them all along!
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was I wanted to have more control over my work-life balance being in the corporate world for over 5 years I quickly learned that the best way for me to be able to have more balance in my life and do what I wanted to do with my life I was going to need to make some changes to my work life to find that balance in my overall life and I just love being able to have the flexibility of doing whatever I want whenever I want!

calendar, pencil and paper, and or planner

- Learning to Focus on the task at hand
- Prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Learn to set goals that are achievable and measurable
- Focus on building good habits that last
- Designing your environment to work with you not against you. in regards to building a good habit that will last
