Certainly can't rate this business five star. I rented a 10 passenger stretch limo to transport myself and nine friends from our retirement community in Orange City to a popular restaurant in Daytona Beach. I was celebrating my 90th birthday. We were gathered at the appointed pick up place at the appointed time and the limo never showed up. We waited 45 minutes. I called the service but no answer. Called the restaurant and told them we would be 15 minutes late, piled into two cars and drove over to Daytona. Needless to say, what a disappointment! Tried to reach them again the next day but no answer. At my age the likelihood that I would ever need a limo again is virtually nil but wanted to warn others that this is NOT a five star business. Booked a limousine this Friday for a night out and it was great. We reserved the limo for about 6 hours to go from Daytona to Orlando. The driver was wearing a nice black suit and had the limo equipped with water, ice, sodas and complimentary bubbly. The stretch was a really cool black Dodge Charger, sporty looking. We booked a party bus with these guys the other week, and spent an amazing Saturday night clubbing down in Orlando. We all live in Ormond and didn't want to have to worry about drinking and driving, and at first we wanted to go with a limo, but since it was kind of a last minute thing the only thing available for a group our size (there were 15 of us) was a party bus, so to be honest we were a bit hesitant at first, but it really ended up being the best night every. If you're thinking about the party bus but feeling uncertain like I did, don't worry, there's nothing tacky like a stripper pole or anything like that going on in there, it's basically just like a really big limo with couches on both sides. Also there's standing height, which is great for dancing (just maybe not when you're going down the road, so be careful with that..leave the dancing for when the bus is stopped). The driver was great too and so patient dealing with our less than sober crowd and our somewhat questionable music choices at full blast lol. Today was my first time using Daytona Limo, and it's the only service I'll use in Daytona from now on. I booked online which was quick and easy, got a confirmation with a receipt (I pre-paid the ride) in my email and yesterday I got an email with the driver's name and number. When I landed (25 min early) I had a text from my driver Charlie letting me know he'd been tracking the flight and was waiting for me in baggage claim.He had a name sign so I spotted him right away, and the car was parked right outside the terminal. Hi and thank you guys for the awesome service! Got a surprise limo for my parents for their anniversary to pick them up at their condo and bring them out to dinner with all of us, and we had such an awesome time. Got a full package with flowers and champagne and red carpet and the whole 9 yards (hey, 25 years of marriage is not nothing!) and it was all spectacular from start to finish. Wow, I had such a great experience from start to finish, and really wanted to let everyone know how great these guys are. To start with, I didn't really know what to book or anything, and calling around, I guess my ignorance showed, cause I talked to quite a few people who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, when all I wanted was a nice ride for a group of us (there were just 6 ppl) to go to St Augustine . Finally, I called Daytona Limo and the girl I talked to on the phone was super sweet and couldn't have been more helpful, I mean she really took her time to explain me the different options, and also asked questions about what we were doing, where we'd be going, and really took an interest in me as a client, which I thought was really nice. You could really tell she cared about making sure we got the best possible ride for us, not just what would make them more money, and I just think that's real rare in this day and age. After I booked I got a conf email, and the price I was quoted was the rate I was charged, so no weird upcharges or anything. So, fast forward to the morning of the trip, our driver texts us to introduce himself, and lets us know that the car will have ice and water, and asks if we'd like any sodas or anything. Super sweet, so we asked him to bring a couple of Cokes and Sprites, which he does, and when he pulls up on our driveway he texts me again to let me know that he's there whenever we're ready to go (we had booked the car for the night, since we'd be going to quite a few places for dinner, drinks, and then the amphi for a concert). I just thought it was real nice, he let us know he was there but yet wasn't too pushy, so we didn't feel rushed or anything. The car we got was amazing!! It was this really nice white limo (I don't know much about cars, but one of my friends said it was a Charger, in case anyone's wondering), it had all the "bells and whistles" with lights, music, a bar and glasses (and the sodas we'd asked for). We'd also brought some champagne - hey, you kinda gotta in  a limo right ;)  - and there were real champagne glasses in there which I thought was a real nice and classy touch. The driver was excellent, and even managed to bring us on all those teeny tiny St Augustine streets without difficulites (maybe he trained in Europe lol :) ). He took great care of us all nite, and we had such a blast, and could all get our drink on since we had a driver for the night. When we got back, a couple of peeps in our party might have had one too many cocktails, and our driver helped them too the door making sure they didn't trip and fall or anything. Such a sweet man, you've gota real treasure there with this fella, let me tell ya. The entier nite was a success everyone loved it and I hope to book a limo with these guys again soon! More...
