How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We break down what has been holding them back, develop a specialized fitness program for them and discuss what else they can do to help their mental and physical health.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Start small and go from there. Im an advocate for getting help when you need it and having someone keep you accountable along the way.
What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE being able to help people meet their goals. When they say they see a new muscle showing that they didnt before it makes me feel so proud of them!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being my own boss is important to me. I like to be able to provide my clients with whatever services I know they will need instead of having to run it by someone else.
Why should our clients choose you?
I run specials often for first time clients to start thwir program for 3 free sessions. I call it my 3-for-Free.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I definitely prefer to train in-person and do all of my sessions outside at a park nearest to the client. I have the necessary permits for this. However, if you are interested in online sessions, I have a couple of clients that are online so I am familiar with this process and how to best guide you over Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask and am fully vaccinated. All of my equipment is thoroughly wiped down before and after sessions. In-person is only outdoors due to it being safer.
1-on-1 In-Person Sessions
Packages range from 6-45 minute sessions to 24- 45 minute sessions.
Sessions per week are decided based on determined personal need by me. Most often if weight loss is involved and you are just starting out, a minimum of 3 sessions per week will be suggested.
