I help them achieve it by setting their main goal and smaller goals every month to keep them progressing.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is working consistently while maintaining a diet that won't cause them to overbinge.
What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching people new things. New exercises that they weren't aware of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by the fact that gyms use trainers while making hundreds of dollars while the client maybe gets 30 min session for a steep price and the trainer barely makes ends meet.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me for the use of mobility, variation, tempo, pause and resistance band training.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide both. Remote either in home or in a independent gym.
For online, I use Zoom or Google.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It is up to the preferences of the client. If they want me to wear a mask, if they feel more comfortable with remote training.
