Dax and his team were incredibly professional. Â In a time of intense stress and grief, he was so patient and accommodating, helping us execute our vision of my Mom's Celebration of Life. Â He and his team arrived early and were set-up and ready for rehearsals, the screen and projector for the slide show exceeded our expectations, the microphones worked well without a squeak and he and his team went to the extra effort of researching how to connect our daughter's piano to their sound system. Dax and his team have done great work for my school dances for two years now. The DJs have a great sense of their audience and played a wide selection of music that met the criteria we laid out. Also, Dax has a wide selection of service offerings and was friendly and helpful even when I told him we wanted to get by as cheaply as possible. Working with DE was a complete 5 star experience. As a high school class advisor, I enjoyed planning and putting on our Homecoming dance with DE so much that we also used Dax and DJ Dustin for our Prom this spring as well. Dax personally makes sure everything runs smoothly. DJ Dustin (Everill) is perfect for the pulse of his clients. Every member of the DE crew is a professional. As a school leadership adviser, I can tell you that you simply will not get better service anywhere else. Dax knows how to get kids excited and gives them a great show. He takes time to talk to the kids to find out what kind of music and light show they want and he delivers. His jams and light show are INCREDIBLE! He shows up in plenty of time to be ready from the minute the event begins. He is always prepared and doesn't leave until everything is cleaned up. He's conscientious and SO easy to work with. I simply do not have enough positive things to say about him. He revolutionized our school dances, and the spirit on campus reflects his efforts. I love DJ Dax...I first met him 10 years ago where he DJ'd an event for me (through recommendation of a friend) since then I have requested his services for birthday parties and other events.
I have already booked him for my wedding reception next year.
Friendly, organized, professional, there are not enough amazing adjectives to describe Dax. There is no need to book any other entertainment services because he is the best!

DJ Dax had all the kids on the dance floor for hours. He kept them hopping with his awesome laser show and great music. He knows how to put a on great show!
He transformed the venue into a beautiful event with colorful up lighting through out. Dax takes pride in what he does and offers great customer service and is a pleasure to work with.

Dax is a wonderful DJ. He is well versed in many genres of music which allows him to read his audience. He had everyone up on the dance floor at our last event - Kids, teens, adults and grandparents all enjoyed dancing under the stars.
His music was all clean and appropriate for our intergenerational crowd. The light show he brought added to the very festive environment. His karaoke set up was a lot of fun - Teenage boys singing Frozen - Two old fat guys singing I Will Survive and much much more!
Dax is truly a professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a DJ. You won't be disappointed!!!

I had the most amazing experience working with Dax to set the scene for my wedding last month. There is literally no one else I would recommend over Dax Entertainment if someone is looking for a DJ, Lighting and Party expert in the North Bay. Not only was Dax responsible for the amazing music (EVERYONE who went raved about the music our DJ was playing) but he also created the perfect mood for the night. He brought in uplighting that accented the gold tones and modern look of our Barlow Venue during dinner time and had party lighting when it was time to turn things up on the dance floor. Dax also was able to string light the outside patio of our venue to bring the party outside. Dax is professional, detail oriented and was early to every single meeting we had. He was a logistics pro when in came to figuring out how to work with the existing electrical at the venue and made sure that we weren't going to overload the power during the event. On the day of the event, Dax's colleague Dustin was there to make sure that our bridal party of 11 people were all lined up and giving us our cues for our grand entrance. There are so many options when it comes to DJ's, but if you want someone who is quality, honest, super-easy going but totally fun, you have just found your team. I've been doing event planning for a few years and have never received rave reviews about a DJ until Dax. Everyone asked if he was coming back for the next event! Dax Entertainment has been one of the best companies we have worked with at our family entertainment company, Laser Tag of Santa Rosa. Â From the minute we first met the owner/operator, DJ Dax himself, we could tell this was a standup guy with a standup company! Â His enthusiasm, punctuality, proactive promotion and marketing is way beyond anything we have ever seen in business relationship. Â In addition to that, DJ Dax is simply a really nice and fun guy to work with.Dax Entertainment provided the music, lighting, and energy for our New Year's Middle School Dance in 2015. Â It was so fun and successful that we have already enlisted their services again in 2016. Â We got tons of compliments on the lighting and excitement Dax Entertainment provided and it went way beyond our expectations for quality. Dax Entertainment worked hard to integrate the lighting and dance theming with our own branding and existing lighting so that it all felt like one big, fun, unit. Â They brought everything necessary for the job and set up without needing a single hand or even extension cord from our facility.That event was such fun, that we enlisted Dax Entertainment several weeks later for our "Middle School Digital Data Dance" event, that was also a big hit.We currently have on-going promotional events with Dax Entertainment that have helped our business tremendously.
