Daniel responded to my request with a more simple solution, obviously cheaper. We made arrangements for Daniel to come to my house for an estimate. To my surprise, when Daniel arrived, he fixed my problem on the spot... No more waiting for another appointment to be scheduled. The fix was perfect, perfect! I am so, so appreciative of Daniel's initial recommendation before even meeting me, and then instantly fixing the problem. And finally, not even charging me! My home suffered significant damage after a pipe froze and burst, flooding my finished basement and other rooms.
I called on Dawkins Development Group, Inc.
to perform the restoration of my home.
Dan did a great job of being available and his willingness to talk through any situation was much appreciated.
Also, whenever a challenge or miscommunication arose, Dan or his go to personnel did a commendable job of addressing the situation, taking responsibility and ensuring a smooth path forward.
I was very pleased with the final outcome of my home and look forward to spending many years enjoying what is essentially a brand new finished basement.

I contacted Dawkins Development Group to do an addition on my house. After getting 3 estimates from other companies, not only was Daniel the best price but he took the extra time to make me feel really included in my own project by giving me ideas, alternates and his professional opinion on things to make sure I stayed in my budget and the quality of work I am looking for. The work was done with great attention to detail and I was informed almost daily of the progress that was made. One thing that I liked that I have never received from another company doing work at my house was a weekly report of work that was done, and what to expect for the next week, I was even told when there would be increase in noise do to some demo which was helpful to me with young children. Even though I am not a contractor I felt like I was the way I was included. To make a long story short, I highly recommend this company. Im not exactly sure how many people you are able to deal with direct in this company but I would request Daniel when you contact them, he's knowledgable and has been in this business for a while. My work was completed on the scheduled timeline, and my house was left clean at the end of everyday. I will be calling them again for my next project this year which will be a new kitchen. More...
