The guy was super rude. I understand that businesses can get busy, but he completely ignored me and just pointed at the order screen. Since it was my first time here, I was unsure about the menu and ended up ordering too many fries. When I mentioned this, he basically told me, 'Too bad, you pushed the button, no refunds!' He didn't greet me properly as a customer, but he certainly took his time explaining why he wouldn't refund me. I spent $120 on four hot dogs , three shakes and a burger! This is literally the cutest restaurant!!! And you can bring your pup! The staff is extremely friendly and service was excellent. We tried the smoky bbq burger with smoky garlic cheese fries, lemongrass chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and the chocolate mousse shake. The food was all prepared fresh and was phenomenal!!! The burger and chicken sandwiches were both juicy and flavorful. The chocolate shake was literally one of the best I've had EVER. Came here for my boyfriends birthday. Was not greeted at all when we first came in. We were standing there for a good 10 mins until we saw the self serve kiosk to the right. After we ordered food there was a rush of people and it seemed like we were the only ones who weren't greeted. Found out about this place through a friend so had to try it out. They had a wide variety of hot dogs, sandwiches and shakes. I didn't want anything too big at that time so I went so I just got fries and a shake. I ended up getting the zesty sweet potato fries and the vanilla shake. I think this restaurant is so creative! I love the vibe of it and how dogs are allowed within the restaurant. I absolutely love how the bowls are dog bowls. Overall, the ambiance is wonderful and I think it's definitely a unique experience. However, I did think that the food was a bit overpriced as fries were an extra $2.50. Food is okay. We've been here a couple times to give it a fair chance and have had tried the hots dogs, chicken sandwich, different fries options and the fried pickles. Fried pickles have been our favorite here. everything else so far looks really good but the taste seems to lack a little flavor. I was disappointed and frustrated in our last visit with the lack of care for small children that need a high chair and/or need to utilize the changing table. If you have little ones please be aware: - the high chairs are not fully functioning and a in my opinion are safety hazard. There were 3 chairs available and all had broken seatbelts. The high chairs also did not have the leg separating bar so a child could easily slip through the large opening especially with a broken seatbelt. - the baby changing table is filthy so be prepared to clean it before you use it or do not use it at all. What's not to love? Great hot dogs, fun seating (maybe replace some of the armchairs?) and dogs. Our kids had a big thumbs up and Wally the Old English Sheepdog enjoyed his meal and water.

Second time we have been here and both times the website, menu and what we have been charged were all different (what we were charged was the highest). Really flirting with the bait and switch fraud laws. The bathrooms have consistently been out of order and filthy. The staff also do not seem to care about service and have an attitude if you ask question, even ones like what would you recommend between X and Y? The food isn't bad, it's actually pretty good - when they get it right. I've gotten different bowls each time and they have been missing ingredients listed in the description each time. The people eating next to us also had to ask for things not included with their food but listed as a part of their meal. Very rude people. Walked in with a couple of friends and immediately got dirty looks from all the workers like im doing something bad. Bathrooms are very dirty and not that spacious. After waiting a long time for fries we finally got them. As my friend asked for a water cup she filled it up with water and sat down. A family of 5 or 6 walked up with the exact same water cups but filled it up with coke, tea etc the worker proceeds to give the family a warm smile. My friend goes up and fills the tiny cup half way with tea and the man goes "No no no you need to pay, you're stealing" confused we walk up and began to pay but when we question why the other family did it he responed with "Dont copy" Food is mediocre at best and food takes a very very long time. The workers are very angry, or not as caring for their job. when i first came in they didn't look like they enjoy their job and they didn't give us a good first impression or experience. A couple days ago i came in with some friends, I paid for my fries and asked for a free little water cup(very tiny cup). my first time going to the drink fountain i got just water. as i saw a family of 4-5 coming up with the same cups i had. as they filled up their cups with sodas, the man behind the counter smiled and didn't say a word to them. although when i come up and get a soda. i get yelled at, i turn around to hear the worker yelling. "your stealing that's stealing, now i have to charge you!" confused i go up to the register and proceed to say. " but the other people were doing it, why cant i?" he say " why did you copy them." the worker chargers me and continues to say how i was "stealing" in front of a whole bunch of people. i got charged 3 dollars for a very tiny cup of soda, the other family walked out without a charge. Amazing food, we received in a timely manner and it came out fresh and hot. I ordered a medium rare burger and it came out just how I asked. Fries are nice and crispy and seasoned to perfection as well. The service was great I had a great experience with the staff they were nice and helped walk us through the menu. The ambiance is wonderful and is a great place to bring your family or friends or children. It is a clean and tidy establishment. Great music as well! Food was good! They offer chicken or beef with rice for dogs! Ours has a sensitive tummy so unfortunately she didn't get to experience that. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with ranch & sweet potato fries 8/10 very delicious! Thai tea shake just tastes like a vanilla shake, still good. Mom & brother got a Chili Cheese Dawg no onions & a curry dog no complaints around the table. Also shared the Cookie Monster shake & liked it. Beware your mouth will be blue! I was craving burgers so I ordered classic burger with fries. Price is decent. The ambiance here is nice and clean given that dogs are allowed inside. The fries were fine, not the best but it was fresh. I prefer crispier fries. Ultimately I was very disappointed with the burger as it was extremely charred to the point that it tasted burnt and I ordered medium--there was a good pink don't get me wrong but it was just overpowered by burnt taste and I hope those who eat here often consider the amount of carcinogens they put in their body. If I were to return I would recommend don't get the burger- the lemongrass chicken sounds interesting but if it is charred like the beef I don't think I would be a fan of that either. More...

A friend of mine had recently tried this with her significant other and immediately after going told me that I needed to try it out. I owe her a meal here for recommending it to me. The menu is innovative and there are so many options I know I have to go back. I love that they also have a vegetarian option for all of the food that they offer. I am a carnivore but I have a lot of friends that are not. Whether you want a burger, a dog, a sandwich, or just a shake you need to try this place out!!! I stopped here for a late lunch with some friends on their recommendation. The dog theme is cute to an extent, and of course you can bring your dog here as well, but I think it goes a bit too far. I got the ninja burger, which is actually breaded and fried. It has lots of tasty add-ons like bacon and Wasabi mayo, but the toppings out shine the burger itself. It was tasty overall but the frying process over cooks the burger in my opinion. The sweet potato fries were flavorful but could have been a bit more crunchy. My friend got a cookie shake that he enjoyed, and both of my friends enjoyed their bowls. I asked for a cup for water, and while I get the idea of giving out smaller cups for free water, this thing wasn't much larger than a shot glass. You would need several trips back and forth from the machine to quench your thirst. Also, the water comes from the tea dispenser, and my water looked pretty brown as a result, so I skipped it entirely because im not a tea fan. Service was friendly and quite fast, but the dog bowl gimmick doesn't work for me, I'd much rather have a real plate or bowl that's easy to eat from (ever eat a hamburger out of a bowl? It's messy!). Was super excited about this place, until we went and found out there was no dog menu. It’s just a very misleading concept. They welcome dogs but don’t have any treats/food for them. Decided to bring my fur baby with me this time around to try and get her more socialized. She wanted to make friends with everyone so it was all sensory overload but overall she did well. I was pleased to find out that they had something for her since her humans were famished and needed dinner. They gave us a foil bowl for her water and gave us the option of beef and rice or chicken and rice for the fur baby at $5 which is about a kid's meal. I feel like a dog in Dawg Park as they serve your food in a large shiny dog bowl. Yes they do, as I was surprised. I ordered the Smokey BBQ burger which is exactly what it sounds like, a BBQ burger served in a dog bowl. Burger was very juicy as I had a hard time keeping the burger in one spot after taking a bite. Overall, you can't make a mistake with any burger as the food is done right with great service. They give you a number tent and will call out the number when your food is ready. I thought the decorations inside were super clever to mimic a dog park effect with the fake grass inside. I can appreciate dog friendly restaurants, and the staff here were super accommodating and kind. They have some dog friendly food on the menu, and my dogs very much enjoyed the chicken and rice they offered. My burger I got was okay, standard burger. The only spot where you can get a bowl of ramen, hotdogs, chicken wings and burgers! The menu is so eclectic you'll be sure to find something for everybody's cravings. I stumbled upon this spot randomly while driving around The Glen looking for a quick bite. I was a bit confused by the name but then I saw it said "Grill" so there had to be food there, right? When you walk in, the place is decorated to appeal to all dog lovers complete with swings for chairs. It's dog friendly so much so that the food even comes in dog bowls and the shakes are served with little paw cookies! Everything about this spot appealed to my senses from how it looks to how the food tastes. Ordering was simple. You order at the counter and they'll bring the food to you. The menu has a lot of Asian flavors like Thai basil burger or lemongrass chicken sandwich. I just wanted general American food so it was nice that while they had Asian inspired flavors, I was also able to order regular buffalo wings. They also had fried pierogis and those were excellent. If you somehow saved room in your stomach, definitely try one of their shakes. They are delicious!
