What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish would have to be Shrimp and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. At least its my favorite.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
When it comes to creating the perfect menu for a client I like to get to know a little bit about the client. Find out a little bit about the guest and what the theme if the event is going to be.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is that its not just a job to me its my passion. I love Cooking and I love planning events and I'm really good at it. When I do my catering and planning these events its my relaxation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because it gave me the freedom to spend more time with my children. Also I was able to do something that I actually love to do vs being at a 9-5 that I didn't really like.

I believe that my business should be selected because I am dedicated. I treat my clients events as if they were my own with the same love, attention and dedication
