it’s great they have a full TG list. I think the process of ordering was very easy and kind of liked it. dumpling wise, I would say 6/10. The price for the food is a bit much honestly. Where to even begin… 1. Do not expect your food to come out in a timely fashion (for either dine-in or togo). I've never eaten somewhere where LITERALLY every item came out at a different time. 2. There is an air of exclusivity around their tap list. Every single one of their TG beers either have been or are at other places in w/cf...and often at better prices. 3. Whomever came up with the "Ghost Kitchen" label needs to read up on the concept. Closing your operational dining room two days a week does not mean you have a "Ghost Kitchen". Really tasty dumplings, but VERY pricey. 5 2" dumplings cost $10. While this is great for appetizers, if you want a reasonable amount of food to satisfy one person and one beer, expect to pay $50.

Don't expect to leave full. Servings are small and pricey. The menu is not kid friendly. Establishment is very noisy. If you're looking to bar hop and enjoy a snack then this is a perfect place for that. Lastly, you should know that you're expected to place your order using their QR code, even if a waitress brings you a paper menu. Your food comes out a little at a time, as do your drinks.
