I am a solo coach. I started my "official" business this year. However, I have about a decade of intensive study, practice, and observational learning of human wellness. I believe medication is not the answer.

I grew up in difficult environments. Human 'unwellness' has been before my eyes for the entirety of my life. My skill in helping others largely comes from the journey I took out of necessity to learn my way out of it. The skills and principles I will teach you are not mine and can be found in a plethora of places. I readily acknowledge it. However, my personal journey allows me to teach and SEE you where you are at and why with a greater degree of clarity and compassion.

The greatest healing event most humans need is simply to be 'seen'.

I offer coaching in emotions, communication in relationships, creating empowering self beliefs, truth-based perceptions for creating greater power to act, and dating (for men mostly and the principles apply to everyone actually, regardless of gender).

My first session is free. My second is half price. This is to give you time for both of us to determine if entering a coaching space together is a good fit.
