How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I give them a flexible workout routine that we tailor to their needs and goals. I give them the tools they need to make good nutritional and life decisions that will positively affect their fitness.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
"Abs are made in the kitchen" To be honest most of us have a blurred view of what a dream physique actually is because of social media and movies. I help manage expectations first, then my client shoot for a new dream physique.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people have quality info so that there is no time wasted doing the wrong thing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As the owner of my own business I am not stuck conforming to a corporate rule structure so I can give my clients the attention they need and the results they long for.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are a lot of great trainers out there, but my goal is to give you the tools you need to get and keep the physique you are happy with. If I do my job right my clients eventually won't need me.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I will give my clients a workout, discuss the form of each exercise, answer questions, and after the workout I will discuss the exercises they liked and what they didn't like, make some changes if needed, and how the workout felt to them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks are not recommended during exercise, but I will wear a mask if the customer requests. I get tested weekly.
