My name is David Carrasco i have been doing boxing and physical fitness for all my life. I'm well experienced and trained in my line of work and can give you a great, fun, safe, self tailored experience, as well as great results. I have an American Council on Exercise Certification aswell as a CPR/AED certification for all ages.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My goal is to inform my clients about health related subjects as well as teach/train them in the correct manner with the correct form. My goal is to make pur time about them and tailor an experience that will meet their wants and needs to obtain their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been exercising since a young age. Physical fitness and boxing are the most important things in my life that bring me great passion. I want to be able to share this feeling with others and help them feel better about themselves.
