I just got home from my first hypnotherapy session and it was very powerful! DeAnna started off in the session asking me questions allowing me to pinpoint what the issues were . Then during the actual hypnosis I felt very relaxed and secure due to DeAnna's calming voice. I felt like the whole process was very authentic and I'm excited to live my life and see how it pans out. I have been working with Deanna doing hypnotherapy online via a video chat platform on range of issues, i.e. pain management, anxiety, since March. The sessions have worked wonders for me. Deanna is fantastic at what she does. Even though our sessions are held virtually, Deanna has been 100% successful in using her techniques to help me on this journey. I was also lucky enough to have an in-person QHHT session. Live or online, Deanne has been calm, knowledgeable and reassuring for all of our sessions. Having AMAZING Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy session was able to lift my limiting perspective to connect my higher self. I recently worked with DeAnna to help with public speaking anxiety. In my job I infrequently have to speak in front of 50-100 people, and as I've grown older I've had more and more fight or flight symptoms occasionally. Â Heart racing, throat closing, voice squeaking... Â not only does it hurt the message you're trying to convey but it does quite a job on your confidence. Â When DeAnna told me she could improve my symptoms in as little as 2 sessions I was amazed. Â This was only my second time hypnotized. The experience was safe, peaceful, and comforting. Â DeAnna is a gentle but firm guide as she takes you under and searches for the core memories and feelings that have built a negative groove in your mind, and replaces them with positive affirmations about your abilities.Since the session I have spoken in front of 3 different large groups, and each time it is easier and easier. She also gave me little physical actions that allow me to relax and focus before I stand up. Yesterday I spoke in front of 40 people for 90 minutes, and realized halfway through that I was having the time of my life. Â It was actually fun. I felt powerful. Afterwards I had multiple people compliment me and tell me I was personable, funny, and that they learned a lot. Â Having the confidence to speak in front of a crowd again is huge. I was familiar with Quantum Healing Hypnosis when my sister in law suggested I give David a call. Â He immediately put me at ease, and gave me very specific instructions in an email for what to expect from our session, and how to prepare. Â When he reminded me that I have an open and direct communication with my higher self, I knew it to be true, and everything began to change from that point on!
