Meghan & DAC team absolutely blew us away for our wedding this past July. I communicated with Meghan regularly leading up to our wedding and she was an absolute *dream* to work with. She responds almost instantly to EVERY email (and boy did I email her a lot!) she handles things very quickly. When we met for our first touch base/ planning details, I left our meeting feeling so confident that we were in the best hands, and that is the absolute truth. Working with DAC was seamless, reassuring, and it was enjoyable. Meghan answered all my questions before I even got to ask them and she even wrapped up final details with some of my other wedding vendors the week prior so I didn’t even have to worry about it. Robin was also a pleasure to work with the day of! She kept the show running and running well! We are forever grateful to have worked with such an incredible caterer and even better people. David Alan was spectacular. We consulted with many different caterers and most of them completely disregarded our budget. Not only was David Alan able to stay within our budget (no surprise fees, added charges, etc .) but they were amazing to work with, and our guests loved the food. Meghan was wonderful and unlike most brides and grooms, we were actually able to enjoy the food at our wedding because of the bridal attendant who made sure we had everything we needed and wanted at all times. I cannot thank you enough for your attention to detail and for working with my mom and sister to ensure that all the special touches were included. David Alan Hospitality Group made our wedding at the Wadsworth Mansion the most memorable night of our lives. Robin, our event coordinator, was a pleasure to work with from the moment we said hello. She was insightful, helpful, calming, and was the key player in making our large wedding go off without a hitch! Our guests did not stop raving about the quality and quantity of the food and drinks at our event. From the delicious and unique appetizers, to the hand passed cocktails, to the perfectly plated and timed meal, our guests were well fed and served with the upmost professionalism. Julia, our bridal attendant, worked like a ninja! She was always there when we turned to look for her, yet was never imposing. She made sure my wife and I felt like the Queens for the day! The servers, bartenders, and utility staff worked all day long with incredible professionalism and grace. We simply had to leave all of our decorations for them the night before and by the time we were ready to say "I do," the mansion had been transformed into our dream venue. Our personal assistant from David Alan was the most amazing person ever! Everyone at my wedding loved the food! We planned our wedding at lighthouse point park from Cincinnati and David Alan was super flexible with meeting us and made sure the menu was perfect and stayed in contact by email. We hired David Alan Catering for our wedding on 2 June this year. I have celiac disease and I found DAC to be nothing but accomodating to my needs. Our entire wedding was gluten free and no one knew it. The food was light, flavorful and perfect for a hot June day. The chicken and waffles were my favorite by far. Thank you for crushing the glutard meals and apps, that isnt an easy accomplishment. Aside from the food, the staff were very professional, polite and a pleasure to have at the wedding. From the moment of first contact, Meghan provided me with all kinds of options for our wedding ideas. When I said our budget was smaller, she adjusted (no judgement, which we got from other quotes) and was incredibly adaptable to our budget, our ideas, etc.

Leading up to the wedding, everything was flawless. We had an excellent, welcoming tasting with David. Meghan & Katie were more than willing to answer all of our questions at any hour of the day. They set up our venue flawlessly, were so willing to bend over backwards for us, and are genuinely warm, welcoming people.

And of course, the food is FUCKING DELICIOUS. I want seventeen more salmon crisps and slices of almond cake. If you're not working with David Alan, you're a fool. More...

The food was absolutely delicious to the point that we had wedding guests reaching out to us after the wedding asking about the company. I used David Alan for my farm wedding this past fall and just got a request from a friend who attended who is now planning their own wedding for David Alan's information as the food was SO GOOD. It was a pleasure to work with them, their bartending and catering was amazing and the little details they contributed really made our wedding spectacular. They were also able to expertly and perfectly translate my idea for a southern picnic into an elegant and delicious wedding spread. I had at least 10 guests say it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding (and maybe otherwise? hahah). I would recommend them widely and would use them again! I'm so happy we found David Alan Hospitality Group to do the catering and day of event coordination for our July wedding! Our guests loved the food and service however our infatuation began well before our wedding day ... From our first phone call with Meghan it was clear how experienced and organized she was. Meghan was on top of everything from start to finish. She had great recommendations and suggestions for everything from vendors to the day of timeline and floor plan! When things started to get stressful or overwhelming Meghan was able to ease my mind with one email (usually returned within hours which was extremely impressive)! We had a terrific food tasting and the pleasure of meeting David Alan himself who was SO friendly and offered to make us absolutely any kind of food we wanted at our wedding. On our wedding day the David Alan staff made sure everything went perfectly, every server we met was friendly and professional! Rosie provided our personal bride and groom service and was incredible, she made sure we got to try all of our apps and always had beverages. We used David Alan and dealt with Meghan who was great. She was very easy to talk to and had answers to any question we asked. She was able to facilitate almost everything we needed or at the very least put us in contact with other reputable businesses to handle our other wedding days needs.
