I have a home that hadn't been lived in for awhile and needed some TLC. A good deep cleaning was what I had requested on a Saturday afternoon, and with short notice, for a hopeful Monday appointment. Dash of Clean sent me Marco who arrived at the beginning of his arrival window and, after a brief walk through, immediately set to work. When he was finished, the house looked great and ready to live in. I sincerely appreciated Marco's ability to clean this home from top to bottom. I needed someone to do the "final cleaning" before showing prospective tenants a rental house we had just renovated.  Deana did a fantastic job! I am very, very happy with her work.  I was told her "arrival window" would be between 12:00 - 2:00 pm and she arrived promptly at noon.I showed her what needed to be done and she did a great job, especially with cleaning the the two bathrooms that had been badly neglected by the previous tenants.  I would happily hire her again. My son was about to move out of his apartment in Rohnert Park. As a gift, I gave him a move-out cleaning and found Dash of Clean in my search for the best company. Diem was fantastic working with me, through several order changes. It was university faculty housing and they had a long list of things that needed to be done, including cleaning the rug. Recently hired Dash of Clean to do a deep clean and begin a Bi-Weekly cleaning. My wife and I were pleased with their work. They have several different cleaners available. We had Angelica and Blanca. We have tried 2 other cleaning companies in Santa Rosa. One was good but WAY TOO expensive. The other was cheap and did a so-so job and left the house reeking of alcohol from their cleaning products. Angelica and Blanca were thorough and did an excellent job. We requested a cleaner that didn't use any harsh chemicals and they obliged. The price for the initial cleaning and ongoing cleanings were right on par with others. Fair price, not expensive. I feel like you get what you pay for with most services. We used Dash Cleaning when we were moving out of our rented condo.  Our landlord was extremely picky, and I was worried she would deduct for little things if the condo wasn't turned over to her super clean.  Our cleaner, Ellie, arrived on time, called just before arriving like I had asked, and she did a great job.  The condo was cleaned top to bottom, perfection.  Our landlord the next day at the final walk through was speechless.  We will use Dash Cleaning at our new apartment, and the landlord asked who we used for future use as well.This company is a great find! We needed house cleaning and only had a days notice to get it done. Thankfully, Dash Of Clean could accommodate our last minute request. They sent us a pair of good workers, who tackled the job right away and were able to get it done within the allotted time. It was our first time to use a cleaning service. My husband and I have been clients of Diem for 6 years. I was with her when she had her own team of cleaners that would come and everyone had very high standards. I'm very particular about base boards, under the sofa cushions ect.. and for 6 years they have met my concerns. I have an amazing woman that the first time she came to my home she cleaned like she had 2 people with her. I love her. I'm Not going to give her name because you might try to take her!!! The cleaner did a terrific job, leaving my home spotless. She even cleaned up a few things I had been struggling to deal with for years. And she worked hard! I had scheduled four hours, but she was able to get everything done in three! Only hassle was she arrived late. I was contacted by the service days before giving me a two hour window to expect her arrival. The window came and passed without any contact from her or Dash of Clean. My contact did respond to my text very quickly after I informed her that my cleaner still hadn't arrived, and she did arrive ten minutes after the window.
