Relationships can be the most rewarding, and the most frustrating, things in our lives. We want them. Well, we want the good parts. And when we are not getting the good, we think hey, maybe I am just better off on my own. But where does that leave us? Usually craving and wanting a relationship again.

Love, communication, and intimacy are probably not the things you learned in school. Most likely you are relating to others based on what was modeled to you growing up or what you saw or read on TV, the internet, or in magazines. Therefore, let’s pause, take a step back, and start to explore what lies beneath the surface.
