I just had my first experience here and was absolutely completely impressed! They were not only able to get me in within a day of me contacting them, but they were so sweet and inviting, my little guy didn’t leave being scared or worked up! His cut looks great too and she was able to give me a few training tips for him as well! Definitely will be back as I’ve already scheduled my next appointment! More...

Very nice, and was able to get my dog in quick. Only complaint is my dogs nails were not clipped and filed all the way. Other then that they were awesome!!

Took my fur baby, Luke, here for the first time. As a Siberian husky he has been blowing his coat, but Darla was able to get so much fur off of him. He looks and smells great and even got a tie to finish off his clean look! More...

I'm new to the Stow area, I searched Google and found The Groomers Den LLC, I made appt and had an appt on Tuesday 6/2/20. When we got to the appointment I introduced my dog and as Darla was trying to take him back and my dog pulled the leash and came back out the gate fast, Darla hit her arm on the gate, I asked was she ok, she replied yes but does he always act like this ,is he going to be like this during his appointment , I'm like no he loves baths he doesn't know you so he's nervous...she never tried to interact with him prior to trying to take him back, she didn't pet him or let him feel her out first; I really didn't want to stay but he needed a groom bad and my regular groomer was booked til the end July. After the appointment was done, I picked my dog up, I was rushing to get back to work after my dogs groom, but when I got home I noticed his hair cut was choppy and uneven on the top of his head and face, also she didn't clean his ears, his ears were dirty, the same as when I dropped him off. I called back the next day asking if it could be fixed. Darla said I could come back on Sat at 3pm. I arrived at 257pm Sat to get his hair cut fixed. When I arrived Darla completely must have forgot, she had 1 little dog on the table and 3 running around freely, she goes on to tell me her bather quit today and she's all backed up and can't do it today; she asked if I could come back Tues or Wed, I said no I work and won't make it before 530 pm, she continues to say she should have been finished and she was missing a family reunion and she should have been gone, well I'm thinking how should you have been finished and gone and you told me to come at 3 She said if I waited outside she would charge her electric clipper and come outside and fix the cut. I've now been waiting outside in 85 degree weather for her with a large Golden Retriever for over 10 minutes as I'm writing this review she didn't come out until almost 320 pm. I would never come back here and won't recommend this place, poor quality, service and lacks professionalism. She apologized when she came out for having a attitude but she still talked about her staffing issues! When you a stressed, you still are suppose to operate professionally, your work issues should not display in your customer service when you are dealing with patrons! I saw her good reviews, took a chance, and paid my money and I expected quality service but I didn't get that. Then on my google review she said I didn't arrive until 320pm that is untrue, I was online and early I waited for her until almost 320pm outside. And no I didn't bring this to your attention because I knew I didn't want to use your services again. If your attitude was a little better today or even the first day I would have spoke to you about it. You asked me to leave a review so that's what I'm doing.
