When I first started working with Dara, I was coming from a very toxic work environment. I wasn’t sure what steps to take next in my career.
Dara helped me to see what my strengths are, to hold myself accountable, and to become a better version of myself. She gently guided me to get out of my comfort zone and challenged me to complete tasks that I was too intimidated to do.
As a middle aged mother of two, sometimes tasks seem unattainable. Dara helped me work through those emotions and tasks. I even carved some much needed time in for myself, when I didn’t think that was possible!
I am forever grateful for finding Dara and for her helping and guiding me to become a better version of myself.
On the day of our last session, we spoke about how far I have come. It also happened to be the day that I accepted a role in an amazing new work environment!

What do you love most about your job?
I love giving busy mothers an opportunity to take time for themselves and to think about what THEY want and who they are today.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had so many friends and coworkers feeling lost. I realized that so many women pick a major in college and move up a career path and then find themselves stuck in something they no longer enjoy. The others are home raising children and as they develop more free time, they aren't sure what that next chapter looks like. Fears and blocks often keep them stuck.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand first hand what it's like to try to balance it all while losing yourself in the process. Self-care is much more than massages and manicures. I have gone through extensive training and work with many clients individually and in groups to set attainable goals and be an accountability partner.
