I called Danville Florist at the end of the day on Saturday to order an arrangement to be created and delivered on Monday, which was a lot to ask, but Kristen called me right back and was not only able to get this done but also took the trouble to track down my friend's favorite flowers even though they are going out of season! She was precise about getting the message and spelling of all of our names correct in the note to the recipient. The arrangement was delivered on time and my friend loved it. Kristen was able to work within my budget to design a gorgeous arrangement, and even sent me a picture of it so I'd be able to see what my friend received. I had a good experience in working with the folks at Danville Florists. I called in to have a FTD bouquet made for a will-call pickup the day before Mother's Day, as mom and dad live in Danville and I would be up to visit. No problem, I took care of it during a break at work. When I came to pick it up, the hardest thing was finding their place. You enter the parking lot for the small engine, tool rental,or  whatever shop, and go to the end of the building to find their small little space. Their whole operation is in a space not much larger than a generously sized bedroom.  Maybe they're move a delivery operation... don't know. Hands down the best florist I've ever used!  Our office uses Danville Florists & Gifts for personal and business gifts.  Our clients always state how fresh, lovely smelling and beautifully arranged the flowers are.  The staff taking orders on the phone are wonderful.  I've stopped by the store and it's a great experience to be surrounded by flora and wonderful people who genuinely want to make someone's day.  Tracy is a great designer and Kristen the owner bends over backwards to help you to design the perfect bouquet.  Highly recommended and I would never use another florist in the area! I used Danville Florist to do my centerpieces for my wedding reception.  I wanted something very unique and different, something they had never seen nor done before - exotic & tropical flowers arranged inside a conch shell.  I went in and explained the details; the kind of flowers I wanted and how the completed arrangement looked in my head. (not easy to describe or understand).  About a week before the reception I asked for a bunch of extra palm fronds and orchid stems and they said no problem.  In fact, any time I decided to add or change something Kristen was quick to respond, and every request I gave the response was "no problem!"  I love that answer!  Once Tracy (great floral designer!) got one arrangement done, Kristen (handling the business end) text me a picture of it to make sure I approved before they continued on.  Totally set my mind at ease!  Then on the big day they delivered everything to my venue right on time and the centerpieces were already on the tables by the time I got there!  The quality and color and freshness of the flowers was superior - simply amazing!  We got lots of compliments!And here's the real kicker, I had to go back to the venue a couple days later to grab something, and the head coordinator there told me she had toured some couples through the venue while we were setting up and that THEY commented on our centerpieces asking "can we get those?"  After I told her I used Danville Florist she said, "I've heard of them.  It seems every time I see really bright and fresh flowers in here the couples say they used Danville Florist.  They do really good work."  That was coming from someone who sees all kinds of flowers from all sorts of flower shops.Thank you Danville Florist for being so easy to work with and making my wedding reception BEAUTIFUL!! Got some flowers for my Mom from these guys (I think its two brothers running the show)..I was really impressed by how relaxed the atmosphere was at the shop, its not like I do this often and I was made to feel comfortable and right at home. .heck I learned a few things about the different types of arrangements and how it all fits together.I would highly recommend these guys (and it looked like a few girls were working also and a really good looking bald guy....)anyway, peace, try them you won't regret. This shop is great! I've used them to deliver flowers to my sister two years in a row and they never disappoint. Mike has helped me both times and he is very attentive to my needs. I still like to order flowers from local florists because I've tried the internet services and I hate having flowers delivered via UPS or US Mail in a box. You may save a little but but you are not receiving that personalized touch you get from a local florist. More...

My wife and just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary yesterday, and Danville Florists helped make it an extra special day.  At around 3p, I realized I had taken care of all the details (dinner reservations, gift from Tiffany, etc.), but had totally forgotten flowers.  I googled for a florist in Danville and sat in my car outside 402 Hartz Ave. thinking I must have the wrong address.  Apparently they're sharing the space with an architectural firm, and the firm's receptionist was kind enough to guide me to the back of the office to where the florists work.  The owner let me know that they're moving into a new space soon by Lundardi's, which I'm sure will make them easier to find.  Anyways, in less than 20 minutes, Danville Florists had arranged the most beautiful bouquet of 25 red roses.  Their roses are clearly not the type found at Safeway and I'm sure will last for a couple of weeks.  Quality definitely comes at a price, but Danville florists were more than accommodating on my budget and gave me a great deal... helping defray the cost of dinner at Gary Danko and a gift from Tiffany.Thanks again for saving the day, and I look forward to visiting you at your new location the next time I'm in need of flowers. I have family around Danville and San ramon and every time I have ordered flowers through this place.  They have always delivered fresh and beautiful flowers.  They always seem to know what I want for the person or the occasion like they can read my mind and this time I told them to do a little more for something special, and they turned it even higher and wow she was so excited.
