The first time I was contacted by Danny he was very friendly and professional. He asked me what my personal fitness goals were and went over with me a plan he thought would best fit me. I’ve been through quite a few trainers and I have never had a trainer that motivated and engaged in the workout with his clients like Danny does. I basically went from running 6 miles to finishing a marathon.......with Danny. If you’re looking for a trainer that is knowledgable, fun, interactive, motivated and dedicated in getting his clients where they want to be then Danny is definitely the trainer you’re looking for. Danny is a great personal trainer. Very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding you to reach your fitness goals. He has a great can do attitude to motivate you through your work outs along with his tremendous playlists that give you that extra boost. Danny is great. He plays great music to keep the energy of class going, he's motivating when you don't think you can possibly hold plank for another second, and he always offers modifications to accomodate all skill levels. He pays close attention to form and correct any bad technique, which I think is the most important thing when committing to long-term fitness. More...
