Danielle is absolutely great, she knows her stuff and she's a great motivator. She's super open and fun to train with. You will see the results if you do the work. I've had the pleasure of working with her over this past year and I can't say enough about all the things that she's shown me and taught me in regards to fitness. Taking a myological approach to fitness, I break down each exercise to best suit my client's anatomical profile, goals, and physical limitations. It's not enough to focus on arbitrary movements. There are thousands of ways to perform an exercise incorrectly, but there is only one correct way to perform an exercise according to YOUR body. The key is to work with your body to maximize results. I help clients work smarter so they can train harder and achieve the body that have always dreamed of.

Dedication and consistency. If you are dedicated to achieving your goals and consistent with the process, your dream body is inevitable.

I LOVE the science aspect of my job. There is so much more to fitness than picking up a weight and setting it down. In my research I have found 6 underlying fields of study that are necessary to understand in order to deliver a premium service. Those six fields are anatomy, biomechanics, myology, nutrition, physics, and physiology. The more one understands the science, the better one can manipulate results AND IT'S AWESOME!

As a business owner, I believe there is greater potential to make an impact in your community. You're no longer under the influence of a corporation who's rules you have to follow. As a business owner, I can offer a better service, invite people for educational classes, network and bring people together, and help when and where my community needs me.

For more than a decade my highest priority has been to break down the facets of fitness to their most fundamental parts. Because of this, I can easily say that I have quite an advantage over the majority of trainers. I have taken the time to master anatomy, understand sports nutrition, become proficient at exercise physics, and am adept at putting it all together to create an individualized plan to get my clients to exactly where they want to be. In fact, my ability to deliver staggering results in merely three 30 minute sessions per week helped to place my training department as the number one club in the entire nation. Whether you want to trim down for an event, pack on pounds of muscle for confidence, or fix that tweaked knee that’s been bothering you, I am 100 percent confident in my ability to get you into your ideal body.

I do not offer online or remote services because you simply cannot receive the same experience. It is my in my nature to deliver a premium service. I can not adequately monitor, correct, and improve technique through a single point of view screen.

As a business owner, I have made the decision to pick a gym that has minimal traffic, sanitizer throughout the area, and disinfectant at every turn. There is really no more than 25 people (if that) in the gym at any given time. The cleaning crew is also very thorough and constantly cleaning but, if you need that quick clean, disinfectant is only a reach away.
