What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to connect with my clients in order to help them grow in the ways that they want to. It is an honor and a privilege to learn about my client's lives and emotions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have control over all of the different aspects of the service that I provide in order to give my clients the best experience possible.
Psychotherapy
Therapy to treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, body image concerns provided in a nonjudgmental, compassionate environment.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I have experience using CBT to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
Hypnotherapy
Starting in April 2018 I will be offering hypnotherapy as a service to my clients.
