What do you love most about your job?
The people, plain and simple. I have relationships with clients and patients that have lasted years. I also love that people often come to me for pain, then when they realize acupuncture is so much bigger than pain, I end up helping people with their health in ways they never imagined.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being self employed and small allows me to spend as much time with a patient as I want. The only pressure to see 25+ patients a day comes from the practitioner and I'm just not wired that way.
Why should our clients choose you?
To me, treatment begins the moment a patient walks in the door. I ask a lot of questions. I answer a lot of questions. I take time to get to know my patients and clients and understand why they're here before I start any form of treatment. It's important to me to earn a certain amount of trust before I start sticking needles in a person.
