I am quite astounded thet Dana Group has so many bad reviews, because I never had a bad experience there. Dana Group was recommended to me by my PCP, who has wonderful feedback from other patients she referred to them. Also my 2 kids receive services there , everyone have been nothing but respectful, professional and very attentive when it comes to my care and my kids care. This place is wonderful!! I’ve always had bad experiences with doctors, so this is a breath of fresh air. I trust them. Everyone I’ve met there so far is incredibly caring and sweet! They all speak softly and genuinely, like every one of them. The receptionist in the main building is very helpful and her smile is contagious. She’s equally as pleasant over the phone as she is in person. I also met with a psychiatrist, who’s name I can’t remember, but she did a great job listening to me and gave me the perfect low-dose medication that has changed my life for the better! Yesterday I met another psychiatrist named Mike who squeezed me in last minute before closing. He might be the nicest guy I’ve ever spoken to! Incredibly understanding and comforting. My therapist is Carolyn O’Connor and I feel like she was meant for me. She actually understands how to help me and is super encouraging and sweet! All of their little rooms are clean, small, and really cozy. The waiting room has lots of relaxing stuff for kids and they’re so cool I always want to play with them myself.
