If I lived in Philly, this would be my go-to gym! The owner Dan is awesome. Since I'm competing in powerlifting meet @ his gym, he's been very accommodating and letting me and my BF come in to train for free! His GM Michele is also the sweetest. They're both awesome people.The gym has awesome superhero paintings on every wall! Dan Campos Fitness are for those who believe in lifting weights/HIIT. Dan holds classes that are literally FILLED up. We came in during his morning class and were surprised how a non-commercial gym held a class with approx. 50 members. The gym has all kinds of bars from a deadlift bar to a power bar. A powerlifter would dream to lift here. He also has the pretty IVANKO and rogue plates! There is a little corner for those who compete in USAPL and like to use the ER rack, etc. Of course you can train here if you're a bodybuilder as well, but there aren't many accessory machines.Overall, just really amazed by what Dan has put together. I never enjoyed working out, until I came here. Every class is a challenge and you can workout with your friends! The energy and people here are fantastic. Dan, Erica, and Michele are amazing. I have been going for almost a month. Dan and Michelle are great! They can answer any questions always motivating and the equipment/ facility is awesome! The people who attend classes and work out there are awesome too. It is perfect place for anyone who feel like they don't know what they are doing.
