I requested service on 09/10/18 and I needed it for the next night.  My sister and I needed to be picked up, from Crowley, and taken to the AT&T Stadium for the Beyoncé concert.  Muhammad responded, to my request, very quickly.   He gave me a quote and was ready to accommodate my needs.  The next night he arrived EARLY!  Bonus points!  He was very professional and polite.  We were on our way in a nice and clean town car.  I felt comfortable the entire ride to the stadium.  Once the show was over, we had to walk a little way to get to his pick up point, but that was not his fault.  The traffic around the stadium was a nightmare.  Once we got into the car, he had water for us and turned the AC up since we were hot.  He even talked to us about the show and made us laugh!  After he dropped us back at my sister's house, I went home.  He then called me to let me know he had forgotten to give us our cups we used for a little pre drinking on the way to the show.  He said he would come back and bring them to us, but I told him not to worry about it since I had gone home and my sister was going to bed.  He said he was not far and would just come back and leave the cups on her porch so she wouldn't be disturbed.  I was thinking "WHAT!  This guy is great!" I needed airport drop-off on Sunday very early morning. As I live off the beaten path, I was concerned that Lyft or Uber may not work. So on Saturday, I called Dallas Town Car and DFW Limo Service. Mohammed picked up, and assured me that he will be there on time. He assured me that he will not send another driver but come himself, as it was very short notice. I immediately texted him and he responded. Next day, he texted me as he was leaving his place, so I was re-assured. He was there a few minutes early, and we had a great conversation on the way to the airport. If I have to use a pickup/drop-off service again, it will be Mohammed. This service is better than Uber, and much better than taxi cabs, with fair and comparable prices. This is the only service I use in Dallas. Suleman is always on time or early to pick me up. What I appreciate most is the airport pickup I can schedule in advance. I just provide my flight information and Suleman knows when to be there to get me. He even monitors for early arrivals or flight delays. It's like having a personal driver. And the cars are always clean and comfortable. Top- notch service!!! More...
